The fastest way: do it yourself

You do not need to ask us. Sign in, open Settings (the gear icon, top right), scroll to Danger zone, type DELETE and confirm. The account and its data are removed straight away.

This works identically in the Android app and on the website.

What gets deleted

Everything, in one go. There is no "disabled" state and nothing is kept back:

• Your login — email address and password, and the link to Google sign-in if you used it.
• Your JVVNL connection and K-number.
• Your Selec Solar connection and the encrypted credentials stored for it.
• Every half-hourly and daily consumption reading, meter reading and bill amount.
• Every solar generation record, half-hourly and daily, plus the plant location and system size.
• Every power-cut and grid-event record, and the availability figures derived from them.

Nothing is retained for analytics or for a grace period. If any of it is worth keeping, take a screenshot first — there is no export, and we cannot restore an account after deletion.

What we keep, and for how long

Ordinary web-server request logs at our hosting provider (Vercel) — timestamps, IP addresses and URLs, kept briefly for security and abuse handling. These are not tied to your account after deletion and are not readable by us as "your" data.

If you cannot sign in

Email khusa71@gmail.com from the address you registered with, with the subject Delete my Solar Mantri account. Send it from that address, or we have no way to tell it is you and will have to ask for something that proves it.

Requests are actioned within 7 days, and you get a reply confirming it is done.
